I have been working as a Registered Nurse since 2016. I finished my Master's in the Science of Nursing in 2020 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Shortly after, in 2021, I began working with our medical director, Dr. Byron Wilkes. I believe that each treatment plan should be tailored to the patient and focus on maintaining their individual beauty. Natural results and patient safety are my highest priorities in my practice. I also believe it is important to build strong relationships with patients so that they feel completely comfortable with me as their provider. When I am not in Pine & River, you may also find me at McFarland Eye Care assisting Dr. Wilkes with his post operative patients or other elements of his practice.
I love chickens and have a flock of chickens that I am obsessed with!
I am married and have one daughter. In addition to our chickens, we also have 3 dogs and 1 cat. We love to be outdoors. As a family, we spend a lot of time gardening, fishing, or just enjoying nature.
After graduating from Ouachita Baptist University in 2021 as a double major in chemistry and biology, I started to work at McFarland Eye Care while I completed my master’s in public health at the UAMS Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health. Eventually I moved down to Pine & River and upon graduation, I became the operations coordinator for the med spa. Although I never foresaw myself working in aesthetics, I couldn’t be happier! My natural science and public health backgrounds function as an excellent foundation for understanding our treatments and allow me to have informed conversations with patients about our services. I manage the daily operations here at Pine & River as well as the majority of patient communication.
I love to travel and have been to New Zealand, China, Australia, Mexico, Fiji, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, and Puerto Rico.
I love to lift weights and run and am very active. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my friends on the patio at The Fold. My favorite thing to do at work is laugh with Liz.
As an oculofacial plastic surgeon, I have spent my career helping patients achieve functional and cosmetic improvements around the eyes and face through surgery. I believe some of the best aesthetic results come from a "less is more" approach. My goal with surgery has always been to enhance what makes each person unique rather than change their entire appearance. I also believe that surgical and non-surgical modalities together yield the most natural, impactful results. Pine & River Aesthetics was created to provide a dedicated space for non-surgical aesthetic treatments, and I am proud to serve as the Medical Director for the Pine & River team. While my clinical focus remains at McFarland Eye Care, I help guide the vision, safety standards, and patient experiences that make Pine & River unique.
He recently completed his first triatholon "Escape from Alcatraz"
When I am not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my family and the people who matter most to me.
