On September 24, Pine & River Aesthetics opened our doors for our 3rd Annual Fall Event, and somehow, this year felt bigger, warmer, and more Pine & River than ever before.
What started three years ago as a way to bring our patients together has grown into one of our favorite days of the year. Yes, there are special offers, giveaways, treatments, and plenty of fun, but what makes this event so special has very little to do with what’s on sale.
It’s the people who walk through our doors.
A Day Built Around You
From noon until 6 PM, Pine & River was buzzing.
Patients joined us for complimentary one-on-one consultations, personalized VISIA skin analyses, conversations about their aesthetic goals, and the opportunity to build treatment plans designed specifically for their skin.
We also officially introduced some of the newest additions to Pine & River: our expanded laser treatment options. Our team shared how these technologies can help address concerns like pigmentation, redness, texture, signs of aging, unwanted hair, and overall skin quality.
But education was only one part of the day.
Guests stopped by our beauty stations, enjoyed food and drinks, created custom wreath sashes with The MC Collective, grabbed their Pine & River shirts, visited with some of our favorite skincare and aesthetic partners, and entered to win more than $5,000 in giveaways.
And, of course, Pine & River got a pretty spectacular fall makeover thanks to Dogtown Balloons.

One of our biggest goals for this year’s event was to make it easier for patients to understand their options.
Aesthetics can get overwhelming quickly. There are lasers, injectables, skincare products, devices, treatment series, maintenance schedules, and a seemingly endless stream of trends online telling you what you “need.”
We don’t believe good aesthetic care should feel that way.
We want you to understand why we recommend something, what it can realistically accomplish, and how it fits into a bigger plan for your skin.
That’s why some of our favorite moments from the Fall Event happened quietly inside our consultation rooms.
They were the conversations where someone finally understood what had been bothering them about their skin. The moments when we could say, “Here’s where we would start.” The treatment plans that weren’t about doing everything, but about choosing the right things.
Because at Pine & River, our goal has never been to change the way you look.
It’s to help you care for yourself well as you age.
Aging is a gift. We’re simply here to help you feel good while you’re doing it.
We Couldn’t Do It Without Our People
An event like this takes months of planning, coordinating, designing, organizing, and obsessing over tiny details.
But none of it matters without the people who show up.
To every patient who attended, booked a consultation, asked a question, brought a friend, entered a giveaway, purchased a treatment, or simply stopped by to spend part of the afternoon with us: thank you.

We’re also incredibly thankful for the team and partners who helped bring this year’s event to life, including our friends from Alastin and Galderma, The MC Collective, Dogtown Balloons, and the wonderful people who stepped in behind the scenes to help our team throughout the day.
Three years in, we’re reminded that the Fall Event isn’t special because of the decorations, giveaways, or promotions.
It’s special because of the community surrounding Pine & River.

The balloons may be down and this year’s Fall Event may officially be in the books, but we’re already dreaming about what comes next.
